Not sure how anyone can say anything negative but I’ll start by saying this place is amazing yes it could use some air freshener in the hallways because it does have a small odor as you walk around the building however I must say outside of that that amazing chef …. I believe his name is Chef Kerry not only can he cook but he’s an amazing warm and welcoming spirited man with great conversation and the young lady Ms. Angie who’s also a warm welcoming spirited woman with great wisdom and conversation they made me feel so comfortable and can expect to see me again let’s not forget the young lady who checked us in tb helpful and genuinely kind can’t remember her name but she’s knows exactly who she is…. Thank you staff for being so accommodating and welcoming I’ll be back

My partner and I are staying at this hotel for a convention and we have had the greatest honor of interacting with Montez at the front desk and Lance in the restaurant. These staff members have already gone above and beyond and our stay isn't even over. The hotel is clean. Would stay here again

As an occasional patron, I enjoy their facility. It is spacious, has various event-related rooms, has a pool, and the hotel rooms, themselves, are regularly clean and welcoming. Staff are regularly friendly and professional. I am happy to come here anytime. As a sidenote, there are various restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. For anyone that means to stay close to the interstate for fast traveling, it is an excellent place to consider.

The first room I was put in was musty and gross. There was hair and I could see dead skin on the bed. The restroom bathtub had stains too. It was like the room keepers just made the bed without replacing the sheets and replaced towels while doing the bare minimum in the restroom. Luckily, the night manager Ethan hooked me up with a much cleaner room that smelled so much nicer and had clean everything. For that, this location earned an extra star back

We are staying here for a convention. It's only day one of the convention and I just wanted to give Montez at the front desk and Lance behind the bar/restaurant shout outs! They are truly amazing. Montez helped me print a flyer and has been so nice and has answered all of our questions. Lance was on top of his service which was impressive since appeared to be the only server. Both of these people have already made our stay here fantastic. I do think the breakfast buffet being $15 a person is a bit steep but I know there are people who eat more than one plate so I'm not outraged or anything.

We went into this weekend prepared for the worst. After reading several reviews about a hotel we were essentially forced into—thanks to tournament rules and the size of our team—we were genuinely worried about what we’d find. Driving in didn’t help our nerves. The hotel sits behind a rundown, single‑story row of what looked like an old motel, with a sign promising “studio apts coming soon.” The entrance is in the back, not very appealing, and even had some siding missing from the awning. But once we stepped inside, things shifted. The lobby was surprisingly large, with plenty of seating for multiple groups without anyone feeling crowded. The elevators were impressively fast, and although the 4th‑floor hallway had that old, musky “casino smell,” the room itself was better than expected. I had prepared for the worst and was met with a room that was… decent. Clean enough, stocked with essentials, and the HVAC worked well—almost too well, because it was warm. The TVs didn’t work at first (no signal), but that was fixed later in the weekend. The pool was tucked far enough from the main lobby that the kids could splash, laugh, and be loud without constantly being told to “stop being kids,” which was a relief. One downside was the lack of complimentary breakfast, which was a bummer for a busy tournament weekend. At least the coffee was free, and the dinner food from the restaurant was surprisingly great—much better than we expected. The staff is really what made the difference. The GM offered me an office to work in on Friday and later handed me and another mom some of his secret stash of strong coffee pods when we ran out. Maintenance, the bartender, the front desk—every person we encountered was kind, helpful, and genuinely tried. Even when the lobby heat went out, they brought in a space heater. It didn’t do much, but the effort mattered. Overall, this stay was a reminder that hotels move countless people in and out every day. Not everything will be perfect, look brand‑new, or smell like daisies. But how a place makes you feel matters. And this hotel made us feel welcomed, heard, and comfortable enough to get through a long weekend. Yes, I still showered at home and washed everything I brought—because that’s what I do no matter where I stay. There’s no place like home, but there are places that can help you get through a busy weekend, and this was one of them.

My stay here was absolutely amazing considering I was snowed in along with several co workers. You can tell the hotel was short staffed but very friendly, professional, and patient. Thank you Montez and Brandon! They only issue I have is that I did not receive my deposit and lack of resolution

Not a bad hotel by any means, staff was super awesome and helped us with an issue we had at check in. Rooms are your typical rooms, nothing fancy but served its purpose. They appear to be doing some renovations so there was some noise around check in. Everything is a little dated but the room was clean.
